What is Hot Yoga?
Hot Yoga is “body temperature” yoga. As a result of the increased temperature, your flexibility is increased, the body releases toxins easily. The intensity of your workout is up to you. There are classes through the day and evening to fit your needs.

Yoga Etiquette
First time Student should arrive 20-30mins before class.
​Please try not to eat 2-3 hours before class.
Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate! Be sure to drink lots of water before and after class.
Please turn off your cellphone or put it on slient.
Remove shoes before entering the studio.
